We sell vintage, secondhand, handmade, upcycled, and new items. Due to the nature of vintage and handmade goods:
- items may show signs of wear or unique imperfections
- colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings
- measurements are approximate

We do our best to describe items accurately, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, photographs, pricing, or availability are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors at any time.

3. Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue any product at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, error in pricing, or product availability issues. If your order is canceled after payment, you will be refunded.

4. Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including shipping and applicable taxes. We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Once a package has been marked as shipped or delivered by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you. We are not responsible for stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Any claims for lost or damaged mail must be made directly with the shipping carrier.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
All sales are final unless otherwise stated. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review item descriptions and measurements carefully before purchasing. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to help.

7. Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Custom pieces, hand-painted items, and made-to-order designs are non-refundable and non-returnable. Production timeframes are estimates and may vary. Minor variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on our site and social platforms, including product photos, artwork, graphics, logos, text, and designs, is owned by Zig Zag Goods or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content without prior written consent.

9. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with site security or functionality, harass or abuse us or other customers, or misrepresent your identity. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy or reliability of content. Use of our Services is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zig Zag Goods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services or products, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the product giving rise to the claim.
